Lynn A. DugleChairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dugle has served as a director on our board since Feb. 26, 2015. She was a director of TASC from October 2014 to February 2015. Dugle joined Raytheon in April 2004, and served as the vice president of Raytheon Company and president of Raytheon IIS until her retirement in March 2015. She became president of the former Intelligence and Information Systems business in January 2009, and was previously its vice president and deputy general manager. Dugle serves as a director and member of the Audit and Technology Committees of State Street Corporation, and as a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Board.
Dugle holds a Bachelor of Science in technical management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, both from Purdue University. She received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Amanda BrownfieldSenior Vice President, Intelligence Solutions Group
Amanda Brownfield serves as the senior vice president of Intelligence Solutions for Engility, leading a team that supports human intelligence (HUMINT) and analysis for customers, including the U.S. government, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Director of National Intelligence and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
Brownfield led the Intelligence and Analytics Sector at TASC prior to the acquisition by Engility. She joined TASC after 15 years at SAIC, where she served as vice president for a business unit supporting customers across the intelligence, defense and law enforcement communities. She was a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, serving in the elite XVIII Airborne Corps. Brownfield currently serves on the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Advisory Committee, and she is also the Board of Directors chair at FSA.
Brownfield holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Duke University.

Mark J. BrunoSenior Vice President, Space and Mission Systems Group
Mark Bruno serves as the senior vice president of Space and Mission Systems for Engility, supporting customers that include NASA, the National Reconnaissance Office and Air Force Space.
Bruno led the Space Systems sector at TASC prior to the acquisition by Engility, and now leads a team of systems engineers, technologists and other experts who provide intelligence customers with high-end systems engineering for space systems, ground systems, communications systems, mission operations, and research and development. Bruno has more than 30 years of experience in systems engineering and program management for the space and intelligence community. During the course of his career, he has successfully led numerous large programs while developing deep experience in space systems engineering, systems development, complex acquisitions and program management.
Bruno earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Scott WhatmoughSenior Vice President, Defense and Security Group
Scott Whatmough serves as the senior vice president of Defense and Security for Engility, leading a team that delivers highly technical solutions and engineering services in support of the Department of Defense.
Whatmough joined Engility after 30 years at Raytheon, where he most recently led a $900-million military electronics systems business. During his tenure at Raytheon, he served on the advisory board at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s electrical and computer engineering department, and he was the board chairman for MILCOM, the premier international conference for military communications hosted by AFCEA and IEEE.
Whatmough holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Wayne M. RehbergerSenior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Wayne M. Rehberger serves as the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Engility, overseeing financial functions and activities, and providing leadership to the finance organizations that support the company’s operating units.
Rehberger has over 30 years of diversified financial and operational management experience. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer at TASC prior to its acquisition by Engility. Previously, he was the chief operating officer of XO Communications, a facilities-based telecommunications services provider. Rehberger also served for 10 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, achieving the rank of major.
Rehberger holds a Master of Business Administration at the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in business administration at Bucknell University.

Thomas O. MiillerSenior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Thomas (Tom) O. Miiller serves as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Engility, providing oversight of legal matters, ethics and compliance, and international trade compliance.
Miiller was a member of the charter executive leadership when the Engility became independent on July 18, 2012. Before joining Engility, he served as general counsel and senior vice president of the L-3 Services Group since 2004. Beginning in 1987, Miiller held several legal positions at L-3 and its predecessor companies for over 13 years. He then became vice president, general counsel and secretary of Allied Aerospace, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, after which he returned to L-3 Communications.
Miiller holds a Juris Doctor from the National Law Center at George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah.

Bruce FeldmanSenior Vice President, Corporate Growth and Development
Bruce Feldman serves as the senior vice president of Corporate Growth and Development for Engility, leading strategy, business development, capture, proposal development, pricing and related functions.
Feldman brings over 30 years of experience in federal government services, managing business development, software development, training and knowledge management. In the past four years, he has served as the growth vice president for our Space and Mission Systems Group. Prior to joining Engility in 2013, Feldman held senior leadership roles at Qinetiq and General Dynamics.
Feldman earned a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Yale University.

Susan M. BalaguerSenior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Susan Balaguer serves as Engility’s senior vice president and chief human resources officer, overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance development and talent management.
She has over 30 years of experience in human resources and has served in a series of HR leadership roles in the government contracting industry, including her most recent position as senior vice president of Human Resources Operations for CACI. She has also worked for ASRC Federal, the VT Group and Raytheon.
Balaguer holds a bachelor’s degree in applied management from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana.

Debra ScheiderSenior Vice President, Contracts
Debra Scheider serves as the senior vice president of Contracts and Management for Engility, overseeing contracts, subcontracts, security and supplier management.
Scheider retired as director of contracts for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), having served in the Intelligence Community for 33 years leading and developing high-performing contracting organizations in the NRO and CIA. She formed and led Guidestar Acquisition for two years prior to joining Engility. Scheider serves on the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association, and she is a director for the Procurement Round Table.
Scheider has a bachelor’s degree from American University, a master’s degree in business administration from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in public sector finance and acquisition from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), and holds Level III Contract Officer, Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative certifications.

Roela SantosVice President, Communications
Roela Santos serves as vice president of Communications for Engility, overseeing the strategy and execution of Engility’s employee engagement and external communications, including corporate branding, public relations, social media and digital, events and tradeshows, advertising, executive communications, corporate social responsibility and community relations.
With over 22 years of experience in integrated communications and marketing, Santos has worked for technology and services companies, including Raytheon Company and CSC. She serves on the Board of Trustees for (ISC)2’s Center for Cyber Safety and Education.
Santos has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, a Master of Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s degree in corporate communications and public relations from Georgetown University.
